Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

Damaged Items & Order Issues 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will access the situation and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Some items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and intimate or sanitary goods, are non-returnable.

• Wigs and hair accessories/pieces are non-refundable, due to reasons of sanitation; therefore, sales are final on these items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
